differentiate between involuntary action and reflex arc​

all reflex action or involuntary but all involuntary actions are not reflex actions

we cannot control both reflex and Involuntary action by our will they do not involve thinking process but we can change reflex action

Involuntary action is the set of muscle movement which do not require thinking. But it is controlled by brain for example beating of heart beat. While onthe other hand, the reflex actionis rapid and spontaneous actionin response to any stimulus which doesn't involve brain.
