Isotopes have the same atomic number, while isobars have the same atomic mass. Isotopes : Isotopes are atoms that have same atomic number but different mass numbers. Isotopes have the same atomic number because the number of protons inside their nuclei remains the same.

Isobars : Atoms of different element with different atomic number which have the same mass number are known as isobars.

Isotopes : The atoms of the same element having the same atomic number but different mass number is known as isotope.

Rancidity : when fats and oils are oxidised, they become rancid and their taste and smell changes. This is called rancidity.

Galvanisation : Galvanization is the process by which a protective zinc coating is applied to iron or metal, to prevent from rusting.

smileisthelife: can u please tell me the examples of all
suwetha49: example for isobars : Calcium atomic number 20 and atomic number 20 but their mass number is 40.
