Difference between Liberal and non-Liberal democracy

• It is also called partial democracy. It is a form of government where elections takes place ,people participate but the people are not aware of the activities of the government.
• In this form of government the people are free ,not free ,somewhat between them.There is constitutiona to control the power of the government. But the government in power ignores it.
