1.The muscles present in the heart are known as cardiac muscles whereas muscles of the limbs are skeletal muscles.
2. Cardiac muscles are involuntary in nature, that is, they are not under the control of our will. But skeletal muscles are voluntary in nature.
3. Cardiac muscles are uninucleated (single nucleus) whereas skeletal muscles are multinucleated (more than one nucleus).
