- Low level language take time to execute Where are as High level language execute at a faster pace.
- High level language is converted into machine specific language with the help of a compiler where as Low level language only an assembler is needed for assembly language.

The main difference between high level language and low level language is that, Programmers can easily understand or interpret or compile the high level language in comparison of machine.
High level language is less memory efficient. Low level language is high memory efficient.
