blood is circulated through the whole body by blood vessels 
blood is made up off plasma and rbc
blood contains Red blood cells, white blood cells, platelets, clotting factors, plasma
lymph:-
lymph is transported by lymphatic vessels
lymph is made up off plasma and wbc
lymph contains interstitial fluid + lymphocytes.
