Differentiate between major structural changes in the human ovary during the follicular and luteal phase of the menstural cycle.

During the follicular phase severalfollicles develop inside the ovary after that when follicle stimulating hormone decreases only one follicle develops, whereas in luteal phase the rupturedfollicle closes after releasing egg and formation of corpus luteum takes place.
