The difference between making chocolate cake and baking chocolate is as follows:

Explanation:

  • A change that cannot be backed up is a irreversible change whereas a change which can be backed up is a reversible change.
  • The water when exposed to freezing temperature can form ice but when ice is exposed to the hot temperature will melt. This is an example of reversible change.
  • The height of a person cannot decrease this is an example of irreversible change.
  • The chocolate can be molded into different shapes by heating and freezing the chocolate whereas the cake once formed cannot be molded into another shape.
  • Thus the chocolate molding is an example of reversible change whereas the baking of cake into different shape is an irreversible change.
