Technology as I define it is the knowledge and usage of the skills needed to create the tools capable of delivering various types of media. It’s what allows educators to vary the media they use for eLearning education and the classroom environment.

Media is developed through technology, as it creates the “information flow” that is then delivered by way of streaming video, blogs, podcasts, clip art, webinars, I.M. chats, and virtual environments, just to name a few, that learners have access to and are able to utilize and learn from.
