Meristematic tissues have capacity to divide there permanent tissue, do not have. Meristematic tissue have thin cellulose wall whereas permanent tissue has thick cellulose wall. ... meristematic tissue are the tissue in which these are dividing tissue which have to be divided further these are also known as growth tissue these are mainly of three types of parenchyma collenchyma and sclerenchyma there as the permanent tissue which are not dividing cells and has gained shape size and function by the process of differentiation is known as permanent tissue permanent tissue are of two types complex tissues the complex tissues are mainly xylem and phloem xylem helps in the transport of the water and Minerals from the roots to the various parts of the plants whereas following transports the foods that are prepared by the leaves by the process of photosynthesis to the various parts of the ntes thank you if you like it please mark it as brain least answer
