differentiate between meristematic and permanent tissues in plants

meristematic tissues contains small components of living cells they are small spherical &undifferentiated while the permanent tissues contains cells which may be dead or living cells they may be large differentiated &of different shapes.
2.cytoplasm is more in meristem where the vacuoles r absent.whereas the permanent tissue contains large centre vacuole
3.intercellular spaces r absent in meristem whereas intercellular spaces are present in present.
4.meristem is a simple tissue whereas the permanent tissues are complex &specialised
