Explanation:

metals are malleable ,ductile, hard, strong and it have high tensile strength. it is the good conductor of electricity we can produce sonorus sound from it. it can be beaten into thin sheets and thin wires but non metals are not ductile not malleable not strong and I cannot produce sonorus sound form it it is not the good conductor of electricity .

Answer:

on the basis of chemical properties..

1.Oxides of metal are basic in nature.

1. Oxides of non-metals are acidic in nature.

2. Metals displace hydrogen from dilute acids.

2. nan metals cannot do so.

3. Metals form chlorides which are electrovalent or ionic compounds.

3. Non-metals form chlorides which are covalent compounds.

4. metal displace hydrogen from water

4. nan metal cannot do so.

on the basis of physical properties

metal...

Some of the physical properties of metals are listed below.

  • Shiny (lustrous) in nature
  • Metal is a good conductor of electricity and heat
  • Density and melting point is high
  • Mouldable (Malleable)
  • Ductile
  • At room temperature, it is in solid form except for mercury
  • Opaque

non metals...

  • Poor conductors of electricity and heat
  • Non-Ductile metals
  • Brittle solids
  • Maybe solids, liquids or gases at room temperature
  • These are not sonorous
  • Transparent

plssss plssss plsssss mark it as BRAINLIEST
