These all are Mathematically exactly same. The only difference is in there units.
Some are written with "u" as unit (which stands for unified mass) and rest with "g" (gram)

Molecular mass = total mass of constituent atoms of a molecule .
Formula mass = mass of constituent atoms in the empirica formula of compound.
Actual mass = molecular mass x 1.6 x 10^-24 .
Atomic mass = relative mass as compared to 1/12 th mass of carbon 12 isotope .
