Differentiate between MRI and non-MRI instruction.

MRI is basically a memory reference instruction which contains the format of the instruction being 2 or 3 symbols that have spaces as delimiter.

MRI code is defined by the 3 letter symbol at the beginning with next symbol being the symbolic address.

Where  as non MRI takes the form of an I/O instruction.
