National resources are resources which are pertain to the nation and legally, the country has authority to use these resources. Some examples of national resources are wildlife, rivers, forests, canals and areas within the political boundaries etc.
Whereas,
International resources are resources which are pertain to all the countries of the world. The countries can not occupy and utilize these resources without the permission of international institutes. Some examples of international resources are mountains, oceans, volcanoes, sunlight, water etc.
Nation resource means all resources in the boundary, i.e. roads, minerals, education, etc whereas international funds mean resources beyond borders, for accessing those we need permission overseas such as seas, oceans, etc.
It's essential to protect our national resources as that's the backbone of our culture and us as humans.
