It has chromosomes which provides informatin about the inheritance of features from parents to next generation.. It also takes part in cellular reproduction through which the cell divides and form new cell..
Nucleiod is the false nucleus present in the prokaryotic cells of bacteria and other microorganisms...
It is the false nucleus which does not have proper structure... it contains only a single chromosome and doesnt have any other cell organelle except ribosomes in it....
