In a bulleted list each new entry is identified by a "bullet" - often a small circular symbol - to the left of the list entry.
In a numbered list this is replaced by a number, in sequential order.

Numbered list can be said or defined as the list where numericals comes first before the list point.
Bulleted list can be defined as the list where no numericals are there before the list points but in place of numericals simple dots are present describing the starting of another point
