Order of reaction is the sum of the exponents to which the concentration terms of the reactants are raised. It can be a fractional value. Order can be associated with both elementary as well as complex reactions. It is a theoretical value.

Molecularity is defined as no. of molecules taking part in the reaction. As it is no. of molecules it is always whole number. It is only for elementary reaction. It is experimental value(found by experiments).
