1) this is run by the govt.

2)here, people enjoy job security.

3)they have paid holidays.

4)they get extra money if they work more than their usual working hours.

5)they pensions, PF ,etc

unorganised sector:

1)it is not run by the govt.

2)they do not enjoy job security.

3)they do not have paid holidays.

4)they do noy earn extra if they work for more than their usual hours.

5)they do not get pensions, PF, etc...
