Differentiate between organised and unorganised sectors?

ORGANISED SECTOR:It covers those enteprises or places of work where the terms of employment are regular and therefore people have assured work.

people enjoys the security in organised sector.

UNORGANISED SECTOR:It is characterised by small and scattered units which are largely outside the control of the govt.

Jobs are irregular.

Workers are benefits like provident fund, paid leave, medical benefits, etc.

Working hours are fixed in organised sector.

Working Condition are favourable.

Unorganised sector :-

The small and scattered units, which are mostly outside the control of the government, come under the unorganised sector.

Workers get daily wages.

Rules and regulations are not followed here.

Workers do not get any such benefits.

Working hours are not fixed here. Sometime, workers work for more than 10 hours.

Workers condition are not favourable.
