'Organizing' and 'Controlling' are two functions of Management. Other functions of management include planning, organizing, staffing, leading, controlling and motivating. All these functions are linked with each other. Similarly there is a relationship between 'organizing' and 'controlling. Management function 'organizing' is implementation which means the optimum use resources for achieving the aims. On the other hand, management function 'controlling or monitoring' means checking the progress of achieving objectives and giving feedback. Therefore, through controlling the workers, the management can ensure that the resources have been organized properly and the objectives are being achieved. Moreover, the more the resources are properly organized the greater is the control over them.
