- Movement of Solvent through a semipermeable membrane from a less concentrated solution into a more concentrated one.
- Not limited to any Special cell type.
- Depends upon difference in concentration of Solution.
★Transpiration:-
- Loss of water in the from of water vapour through leaves.
- Only occur through Stomata.
- Depends upon temperature, humidity an wind.
