Parenchyma :cells have more intercellular spaces and cell wall is thin and made up of cellulose.

Collenchyma:The intercellular spaces are filled with Cellulose and pectin and cell wall is thick.

Sclerenchyma: The cell wall is thick along with lignin deposition and has no intercellular spaces in the cells.
