differentiate between parenchyma, collenchymas and seleranchyma on the basis of their cell wall

I don't tell you about parechyma but can tell you about collenchyma . collenchyma helps plant to move. it gives flexibility . and sclerchyma gives rigidity , toughness to plants.

Parenchyma and collenchyma have a thin cell walls, and are most abundant in the plant. Collenchyma, though, have thicker cell walls, and help in the leaf's flexibility in the petiole. And, sclerenchyma have thickest cell walls, with layers of lignin within.
