parliamentary democracy is the democracy in which president of the country can enforce a law by asking to the parliament and the example of this type of democracy is india.

presidential democracy is the democracy in which president of the country can enforce the law freely and without asking to the parliamentand the example of this type of democracy is USA.

the two features of parliamentary democracy are:-
1) the president cannot enforce law without asking to the members of rajya sabha.
2) the law enforced by the president will not be against the people of the country.
