Pasteurisation
It is a heat treatment food preservation method that kills a part of the microorganisms present in the food. Pasteurised product have less life than sterilized product. It includes heating the food between 70° C to 80° C temperature range.
Sterilization
It is the procedure of making some object free of live bacteria or other organisms. Sterilized product have long shelf life than pasteurised product. It includes heating the food between 110° C to 120° C temperature range.
