Dear friend,
PERMISSIBLE ERROR :-
It is the amount of error that can be tolerated without invalidating the usefulness of the analytic result. It is generally 95% of the analytical error.
EXPERIMENTAL ERROR :-
It is the difference between a measurement and the true value or between two measured values or datas. It is itself measured by its precision and accuracy.
Hope it helps !!!
