Personal Hygiene refers to the Hygiene that a single person follows.
Personal Hygiene is dependent on a single person, and his/her relationship with others would be affected through improper maintenance of personal Hygiene.
Social hygiene is ones practices when associated with people. This includes covering our nose and mouth while sneezing, washing the hands there after, good toilet practices, avoid contaminating uneaten food eaten food with eaten food etc thereby not exposing others to be at risk of getting infected with whatever microbes we have.
