Difference between physical capital and human capital are as follows :-

1. Physical capital consists of money , tools , machines etc where as human capital consists of skills knowledge and technology .

2. Physical capitals are made by human potential and they can't be useful by its own but human capital can be useful itself .

3. Physical capital are tangible in nature but human capital are intangible in nature .

4. Physical capital like money , tools , machines etc can be separated by its owner while human capital like skill and knowledge can't be separated by its owner .

5. Physical capital can be sold in market where as human capital can't be sold in the market but the service given by human capital can be paid .
