*PHYSICAL CAPITAL: you need various items at every stage of production of goods so, it's physical capital by which we can make this possible...
it is of two types;
*working capital
*fixed caital
working capital is the raw material and money in our hand that we use continuously....
fixed capital is used many more years like as machinery etc..
*HUMAN CAPITAL: when we have to assemble all the materials so we need a proper knowledge that can put together all land, labour and physical capital....so it's HUMAN CAPITAL..
