The Plant Cells are usually larger, which has fixed and rectangular shape, while animal cells are comparatively smaller in size, irregular and round. The nucleus is present in both the cells, but in Plant cell it lies on one side while it is present in the center of the Animal cell.

Answer: The main difference between human cell and animal cells is that animal cells may have different sizes of genome depending upon the species whereas the human cell has 3 billion Base pairs in its genome. Also the number of protein coding genes in the genome of the animal cells depends on the species while Human genomes consists around 25,000 protein-- coding genes Animal cells and human cell are very similar types of cells. Both don't have cell wall, large vacoule as well as chloroplasts.Other organelles of both animal and human cells such as cell membrane, cytoplasm, the structure of the nucleus, small vacoules, mitochondria,Golgi apparatus, ribosomes and endoplasmic reticulum are similar.
