plant cell has a proper shape but because of the absence of cell wall animal cell does not have a proper shape. only plant cell has a cell wall and animal cell doesn't have one. plant cell has a cell wall at outermost side which is made out of cellulose and is freely permiable and in animal cell has a cell membrane or plasma membrane. vacuoles are in greater amount in plants and it is less in animal. in plants nucleus is positioned on the side and in animal cell it is positioned in the middle of the cell. lysosomes are only present in animal cells but not in plant cell. centrosome are like lysosomes they are only present in animal cell and not in plant cell
