1. Pollination is a Physical Process whereas Fertilization is a biological process

2. Fertilization results in the formation of Zygote whereas pollination does not.

3. Fertilization involves fusion of gamete whereas pollination involves transportation of male gamete from anther to stigma.

4. Pollination requires agents whereas Fertilisation is same in all flowers

POLLINATION- 1) it is the process of transfer of pollen grains from anther to the stigma 
2)it can be of 2 types - self pollination and cross pollination
3)it occours through agents such as wind,animals etc.
4)it occours in plants

FERTILIZATION-1) it is the process of fusion of gametes i.e.male and female gamete
2)it is of 2 types-internal fertilization or external fertilization
3)this is the main process which results in the formation of zygote which further develpos into future offspring
4)it occours in both plants and animals
