They are "food" that nourish good probiatic bacteria these are good bacteria benefit our immune system in a variety of way frist, probiotic bacteria take up residence in our gl tract, they can prevent other ( potentially pathogenic) bacteria from colonizing the some of space.

Probiotic Bacteria:

  • This bacteria tend to be more helpful to the organisms in which they reside.
  • They are not harmful and provides support to the organisms.
  • It provides substances that help in enriching the physiological life cycle which even hinders the growth of bad bacteria, viruses inside the organism which they live in.

Pathogenic Bacteria:

  • In contrast to the probiotic ones, these causes harm to the organism in which they reside.
  • They are more harmful and it even cause misfunctioning or damage to the organs of their host.
