Differences between prokaryotes and eukaryotes are:

1) Prokaryotes don't have a nucleus, unlike eukaryotes.

2) Most prokaryotes are unicellular, while most eukaryotes are multicellular.

3) Prokaryotes do not have mitochondria, unlike eukaryotes.
