Explanation:

Prokaryotic cells have no membrane-bound organelles, their chromosome are composed of only nucleic acid, and they have only very small ribosomes as organelles.

Eukaryotic cells have membrane-bound organelles, they have more than one chromosome, their nuclear region were well-defined and surrounded by a nuclear membrane.

Okay,so here is the thing:
Prokaryotic DNA:
Found freely in the central portion of the cytoplasm.
Occurs as a covalent closed circular form of DNA
The size of DNA is less than 0.1 pg in prokaryote.
Interns are absent in the coding region of DNA
There is no formation of nucleosome.
The quantity of the DNA is complicatively less.

Eukaryotic DNA:
Found within the nucleus
Occurs as a linear form of DNA with two ends
The size of the DNA is high, usually more than 1 pg.
Introns are present in the coding region of DNA.
There is a formation of nucleosome.
The quantity of the DNA is more.
Hope it helps! If you still need proper explanation, sure will do explain!
