Prokaryotic cells:
1.Don't have a well defined nucleus or nuclear membrane.
2.Have only 1 length of DNA.
3.Have nuclear material which is mostly scattered in the cytoplasm due to lack of proper nuclear membrane.
4.Eg->Bacterial Cell.
Eukaryotic cells:
1.Have a well defined nucleus with a proper nuclear membrane.
2.Have several lengths of genetic material (DNA).
3.Have nuclear material which is mostly contained within the nucleus due to presence of proper nuclear membrane.
4.Eg->All plant and animal cells.

PROKARYOTIC CELLS:-
1)These have a primitive or under developed nucleus.
2)Membrane bound organelles are absent in these cells
3)70S types of ribosomes are present in these cells.
4)These reproduce by the process of binary fission and spore formation.
5) Cell membrane of these cells are not permeable.
EUKARYOTIC CELLS:-
1)These have advanced and well developed nucleus.
2)Membrane bound organelles at present in this cells.
3)80S types of ribosomes ere present in these cells.
4)These reproduce by meiosis and mitosis.
5)Cell membrane of these cells are selectively permeable.
