prokaryotic call
1- generally small in size
2- nuclear region not well defined
3- chromosomes single
4- membrane bound cell organelles absent
Eukaryotic cell
1- generally large in size
2- nuclear region well defined
3- chromosome more than one
4- membrane bound cell organelles present
hope it's help you

The difference between prokaryotic and eukaryotic are as follows:-
1) prokaryotic do not have a true nucleas.Nucleas lack nuclear membrane and nucleolus.Such nucleas is called nucleoid.Eukaryotic nuclear membrane as well as nucleus is present.
2) the cell division in prokaryotic are known as binary fission or budding.in eukaryotic there is involvement of mitosis.
3) prokaryotic do not has a cytoplasmic streaming but eukaryotic has it.
4) the size of ribosome in prokaryotic is 70s distributed in the cytoplasm eukaryotic has a larger size ribosome measured as 80s in endoplasmic reticulum ; 70s present in organelles such as chloroplast and mitochondria.
