Prokaryote cell :

They dont have a well defined nucleus

their cytoplasm and nuclear material called nucleoid are mixed because

the genetic material is not membrane bound

Eukaryotic cell:

they do have a well defined nucleus

their cytoplasm and nucleus are separate by a membrane called nuclear membrane.
