Microwaves are the electromagnetic waves in electromagnetic spectrum which have a frequency ranging from 300 MHz (0.3 GHz) to 300GHz.
Whereas radio waves are the electromagnetic waves in the electromagnetic waves in the electromagnetic spectrum with the frequencies ranging from 30KHz to 300 KHz.
As you could’ve noticed, microwaves are also a type of radio waves. Microwaves are located at the higher frequency end of the radio waves.
