Regular reflection happens when light falls on a regular or smooth surface.

In it, for all parallel incident rays, the reflected rays are uniform and parallel to each other.

In the case of diffused reflection, the reflected rays will not be parallel to each other.

It takes place due to light falling on a microscopic and irregular surface.

Therefore, the parallel incident rays may reflect in various directions but also in this case, too, each ray obeys the laws of reflection perfectly.

Hence, all laws of reflection are followed by diffused reflection also.
