★ DIFFERENCE BETWEEN MIXED AND ABSOLUTE CELL REFERENCING

-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

In Absolute Cell Referencing the cell references remain constant and does not change with change in formula position, when copied to a new position.

$ (Dollar) sign us used to make a row or column absolute.

For example => $A$1

In Mixed Cell Referencing either a column or a row is made absolute or fixed with help of $(Dollar) sign.

For example => Constant Row => C$1

=> Constant column => $C1
