2. The idea of the religious pilgrimage begins almost with the dawn of humanity. The idea of the cultural ethics begins almost with the dawn of civilization.

Religious tourism is the one that's done for religious purposes. For example - Pilgrimage in Macca and Madina.
Cultural tourism is the one that's done to know more about a culture of a particular place.
For example - Tourism in Agra or Delhi to know more about Mughal culture.
