Hi my dear friend,

The different between rights and claims is that rights are privileges provided, protected and secured under a governing law.

You cannot talk about rights without a traceable edict, ordinance, statute or case law

Claims usually arise from breach of rights. For instance, you can sue for trespass and claim damages only where your proprietary right has been breach.

You don’t have to know the law to claim your right. All you need to have a remedy in court is evidence of breach of your right.
