  • RNA is mostly found in cytoplasm While DNA is mostly found in Nucleus and nucleiods.
  • DNA is double-stranded and RNA is single-stranded which is why RNA can leave the nucleus and DNA can't.
  • DNA is concerned with genetic information While RNA is concerned with synthesis of protein.
