Difference between RER and ER

1) on basis of structure :-

▶️in Rough endoplasmic reticulum the ribosome are present.

▶️in smooth endoplasmic reticulum the ribosome are absent .

2) On basis of functions :-

▶️SER do function as to synthesis and store protein
