roughage:
fibrous indigestible material in vegetable foodstuffs which aids the passage of food and waste products through the gut. EG- whole grains food ,nuts and seeds ,wheat and corn bran ,etc.

concentrates:
A concentrate is a form of substance which has had the majority of its base component (in the case of a liquid: the solvent) removed.EG- frozen orange juice, orange-juice concentrate. orange juice that has been concentrated and frozen.

➛ Roughage is a Indigestible material.

➛ It is fibrous and founds in vegetable food stuffs.

➛ This roughage aids that part of vegetable foodstuffs.

➛ It also aids the waste through the gut.

♣ Concentrates :

➛ Concentrate's base is component removed.

➛ We can say, it is removal of water from the fruit juice.

➛ It removes water from solution.

➛ It is a form of substance.
