Sliding Friction is that kind of friction thats happen when a body slides over another.
Example: when you push a wooden slab over a concerte slab.
Rolling Friction is the force of friction which comes into play when a body is rolled over another body.
Example: rolling of car wheel over asphalt
Rolling friction is significantly less than Sliding friction because these two fall under the category of "KINETIC FRICTION" which is directly proportional to the normal reaction between the two surface in contact.
