soft sounds are really soft by which we get happy after hearing that sound while loud sound is so noisy and by hearing that we can't get happy

The sound which comes between 20-20000hrtz is a soft sound and we can easily listenit by our ears. Soft sound are listenable and does not show any bad effect on human health.On other hand if the sound will be above or less than 20_20000hrtz that we will hear. this will produce a noisy sound which will be not hearable like DJ you cannot stay near dj sound and that will show a bad effect on your heart.
