on the basis of density:
gas has the minimum density. as it doesn't have mass.
liquid will have intermediate density. it doesn't have that much mass as in solid.
solid have the highest density.

on the basis of kinetic energy:
gas has the highest k.e. as it's particles are free to move.
liquid has intermediate k.e as it's particles are not too much free.
solid has the lowest k.e. as it has the least space for particles to move within.
